About this Event
Beyond the Armor is a Men’s group, a safe space to just be yourself. Come experience a guided meditation followed by a soothing Soundbath which consists of singing bowls and other instruments. Usually followed by a drum circle or open for conversations that you wouldn’t have around your spouse or families. A place where you can be heard with NO Judgement. Ultimately a place for Healing our mind and spirit.
